Business Organizations and Commercial Law

We Provide a wide variety of services to our business clients, from assisting in selecting the type of organizational entity under which to operate, to preparation and review of Business Agreements and Contracts; the sale and purchase of businesses, and the formation of Corporations, Partnerships-including the preparation of Corporate Resolutions for special and annual meetings of the Board of Directors and Shareholders of corporate entities, Limited Liability Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships, as applicable to the client’s respective needs.

Estate Planning

We provide our clients with services pertaining to asset protection, as well as structuring their Wills & Trusts, to provide for the maximum benefit of applicable Federal Estate Tax Laws and Texas Inheritance Tax Laws, while at the same time carrying out the client’s wishes as to the distribution of their property at their death.

Family Law

We handle a full range of family law matters, including Divorce, Child Support Matters, Child Custody Cases, Visitation Issues, Disputes, Modification Suits, Adoptions, Paternity Actions, Terminations, Pre-Marital and Post-Marital Agreements, and Complex Property Agreements.

Personal Injury - Plaintiffs

We handle a variety of personal injury claims where substantial injuries occur, resulting from the negligence of another person or entity. No attorney’s fees are charged on personal injury actions unless there is a recovery. Court costs and litigation expenses (including medical bills) are paid from the client’s share of the recovery.

Probate & Estate Administration

We handle various Probate and Estate Administration matters, including the Probate of Wills for the Issuance of Letters Testamentary, the Probate of Wills as Muniments of Title, Guardianship matters, and Heirships proceedings, when required to resolve interstate estates, in order to transfer clear title of property to the beneficiaries of those estates.

Wills & Trusts

We routinely prepare Wills and Trusts for many of our clients so they can effectively plan how their loved ones will be taken care of and how their assets will be distributed. In conjuction with preparing Wills and Trusts for clients, we also prepare Durable Statutory Powers of Attorney, Durable Health Care Powers of Attorney, Directives to Physicians, HIPPA Authorizations, and Declarations of Guardianship.


The Firm handles a wide variety of litigation matters in the above areas, and advises clients that are or might become involved in lawsuits in the County, District, or Probate Courts in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.


Mr. McLarty has completed all of the required training and is certified by Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County as an attorney/mediator, as well as being certified by Dispute Resolution Services in Family Law Mediation. Additionally, Mr. McLarty successfully mediates a large number of the litigation claims he handles for clients in the areas set forth above.
